That being said, whilst goals are important, the process is equally important. By ‘process’, I am referring to the permanent lifestyle changes that are required to achieve and maintain optimal health. Once you enjoy the process of being healthy, which is not a temporary diet, but a permanent lifestyle change, the goal becomes much easier.
